The larva is oligophagous on Amaranthaceae (Atriplex patula, Atriplex prostrata, Beta vulgaris, Chenopodium album, Chenopodiastrum murale, Halimione portulacoides) and feeds on spun leaves (1st generation) or flowers/seeds (2nd generation).
