Appearance
The basic color of the forewings varies from reddish brown to ocher brown, with whitish markings. The hindwings are brownish, each with a pair of pale brown dots on the edge.
Habitat
A population of adults can be observed late in the afternoon in shady parts of fig trees.
Food plant
Ficus carica. The species is considered a minor pest, causing distortion of the leaves and discoloration.
