Appearance
The forewings are light brown, with dark brown markings and a dark spot in the postdiscal area near the inner edge.
The hindwings are pale brown colored.
Habitat
Rocky slopes and shrubland. The adult moth aestivates on caves and dark captivities.
Food plant
The larva is oligophagous on Leguminosae (Spartium junceum, Genista, Anagyris foetida) and feeds on the leaves.
