The larva is polyphagous and feeds on the leaves of a variety of plants, i.e. Betulaceae (Corylus), Caprifoliaceae (Lonicera), Leguminosae (Cytisus), Rosaceae (Rubus), Onagraceae (Epilobium), etc.
