The larva is polyphagous and feeds on a variety of plants, i.e. Cistaceae (Cistus, Helianthemum), Umbelliferae (Crithmum maritimum), Frankeniaceae (Frankenia pulverulenta), Polygonaceae (Polygonum equisetiforme), Fagaceae (Quercus coccifera), Amaranthaceae (Suaeda vera), etc.
