Dyscia crassipunctaria is a moth of the family Geometridae on the island of Crete, Greece. It is known to be endemic to Crete, but a single specimen has also been found on Rhodes (Skou & Sihvonen 2015).

Appearance

The ground color of the wings is sandy beige or light grey to brownish gray, dotted with numerous black scales. There is a small elliptical black spot in the middle of the wing along the costa. 

Habitat

The moth can be found in areas with limestone ground, macchia shrubland, and olive groves. 

Food plant

The larva is oligophagous on Leguminosae (Genista), Compositae (Artemisia, Achillea).
