Food plant
The larva is polyphagous and feeds on the leaves of a variety of plants i.e. Rosaceae (Malus, Prunus), Vitaceae (Vitis vinifera), Poaceae (Zea mays (Corn)), Asteraceae (Lactuca), Brassicaceae (Brassica), Leguminosae (Medicago sativa, Melilotus, Trifolium), Solanaceae (Solanum lycopersicum (Tomato), Solanum tuberosum (Potato)), etc.
