Standfussiana sturanyi is a moth of the family Noctuidae on the island of Crete, Greece. The taxon sturanyi was previously considered a subspecies (or synonym) of Standfussiana defessa. Since the 1990s, Standfussiana sturanyi has been considered a separate species, an endemic of Cretan high mountain, i.e Lefka Ori, Dikti.
