Habitat
Sparse clumps of trees on farmland, mixed and deciduous forests, and roadsides in urban areas.
Food plant
The larva is polyphagous and feeds on the leaves of a variety of plants, i.e. Fagaceae (Quercus ilex, Quercus robur), Salicaceae (Salix, Populus), etc.
