Food plant

The larva is monophagous on Labiatae (Scutellaria sp.), so the possible host plants in Crete could be the two Scutellaria species found on the island — the endemic Scutellaria hirta and Scutellaria sieberi. It feeds on the leaves — in the early stages inside mines, and in later stages freely within a web, among spun leaves.
