Appearance

The forewings are narrow, whitish, brown-tinted, sprinkled with black, and with acute apex. There is a black X-shaped discal mark, the upper half filled with light brownish.

Hindwings are whitish-grey, terminally obscurely darker.

Habitat

Coastal habitats, sand dunes, and locally found in many habitats.

Μosses on walls.
