Habitat

The moth inhabits dry areas with various herbaceous plants, where occur its larval food plants.

Food plant

The larva is oligophagous on Leguminosae (i.e. Anthylis vulneraria, Chamaecytisus, Lathyrus, Lotus cytisoides, Medicago sativa, Melilotus, Onobrychis, Ononis, Trifolium, Vicia, etc) and feeds on the leaves.
