Habitat

The moth can be found in xerophilous sunny slopes, shrubland, rocky places, and olive grooves.

Food plant

The larva is polyphagous and feeds on the leaves of a variety of plants, i.e. Boraginaceae (Borago officinalis), Rubiaceae (Galium), etc. In captivity, on leaves of Hedera helix and Lactuca sativa.
