Bactra bactrana is a moth of the family Tortricidae on the island of Crete, Greece.

Habitat

Marshes, wet meadows, and pepper crops.

Food plant

The larva is narrowly polyphagous on Cyperaceae (Cyperus rotundus, Cyperus sp. κ.α.), Solanaceae (Capsicum annuum (pepper)), Poaceae (Cynodon dactylon), and it bores into the stem and rhizome of the plants, as well as into the pepper fruits.
